I’m a Richmond native with more than nine years of real estate experience and over $60 million in sales. I’m consistently a top-producing agent in the Richmond market, helping buyers and sellers navigate everything from first-time purchases to complex moves and home sales with clear guidance, strong negotiation, and a highly personal approach. I believe real estate should feel informed, straightforward, welcoming — and, whenever possible, fun along the way. I take the time to understand each client’s goals and priorities, then help them make confident decisions without pressure while protecting their interests throughout the process. Before real estate, I worked in IT project management and post-production audio in Los Angeles, where my engineering work contributed to a Grammy-nominated children’s album. After moving to San Francisco, I continued freelancing in audio while opening and co-owning two retail businesses. Born and raised in Richmond, I know the city well and enjoy helping people find a home that fits not just where they want to live, but how they want to live.
