I’m Steve Davis, a real estate professional with nearly a decade of experience helping people buy and sell homes.
Through my work in real estate and my involvement in the LGBTQ+ community, I saw an opportunity to create something I felt was missing: a modern, transparent way for LGBTQ+ people and allies to find real estate professionals who understand that feeling comfortable with the person representing you matters.
I also wanted to build something that respected the relationship between the client and the agent. That’s why Search With Pride began as an open directory — giving people the information to make their own choice, and giving agents a place to be found for who they are and how they work.
What started as a simple idea is being built into a nationwide network of real estate professionals committed to making people feel welcome from the very first conversation.

Buyers and sellers can browse every agent, read their profile, and contact them directly — free, with no account and no middleman. Every agent listed agrees to The Search With Pride Pledge, and we check each real estate license before a profile appears on the site. Search With Pride does not represent buyers or sellers in a transaction.
Why this exists
Search With Pride was created with a simple idea: LGBTQ+ people and allies should have an easier way to find real estate professionals who lead with respect, inclusion, and understanding.
Buying a home, selling one, or moving somewhere new is personal. The agent you choose matters. We built Search With Pride to give you a place to discover real estate professionals, learn who they are, and decide for yourself who feels like the right fit.

Every agent on Search With Pride agrees to The Search With Pride Pledge before their profile goes live.
The Search With Pride Pledge is a commitment to treat every client with dignity and respect, to give welcoming, professional service to all, and to follow Fair Housing laws. We also confirm that each agent holds an active real estate license.
The pledge is a promise agents make, not a rating or a certification. We don’t attempt to verify or label anyone’s personal identity.
Because trust shouldn’t start after you contact an agent. It should start before.

Browse profiles. See photos, experience, specialties, brokerage information, service areas and more. When you find someone who feels right, contact them directly.
There’s no account required for buyers and sellers and no cost to search or connect.
Whether you’re buying across town, selling the home you’ve loved for years, or relocating somewhere completely new, the choice of who represents you stays with you.
How agents appear. Some agents pay for Featured placement, which is always labeled. The pledge is the same for every agent and is never for sale.
